 All rentals are month-to-month, providing flexibility for residents. Move-in requires signing a Program Contract Agreement, which outlines community guidelines, responsibilities, and access to communal amenities.

How do I make payments

We accept several convenient payment options, including Cash, ACH/EFT deposits, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, money orders, and checks. Payment instructions and due dates will be provided during orientation or upon acceptance into the program.

Who qualifies for private supportive housing?

Private rooms are designed for residents who demonstrate consistent, verifiable income that meets or exceeds the private room rate. Show the ability to maintain independent daily living without staff assistance.

Who qualifies for shared supportive housing?

Clients must be able to care for themselves independently. We accept individuals on fixed incomes such as SSI, SSDI, those with verified employment (6 months or more), as well as those whose room fees are paid through organizations or assigned payees.
